Registration

What is RunX Seattle?

RunX Seattle is a new half marathon and race weekend built around experiencing Seattle through running. Its neighborhoods, history, art, food, and people give the city its many rhythms. Running lets you connect with what you love, find what fits your mood, or discover something new. We’re working with local voices to bring that spirit into the weekend, from the pre-race to the post-race celebration.

What is the race date?

The Half Marathon race day is Sunday, June 13, 2027.

What distances are offered?

RunX Seattle is a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21 km). Additional distances may be added, so stay tuned.

How do I confirm my registration?

Once you’ve registered, Let’s Do This will send you a confirmation email. If you ever need to check your registration details, simply visit letsdothis.com/manage-booking and enter your booking reference.

What happens if someone else registers for me? How can I find my registration in my Let’s Do This account?

If a friend, family member, or team captain registered for you, your registration will be linked to their booking. Ask them for the booking reference, then visit letsdothis.com/manage-booking to view and update your details.

How do I change my estimated finish time?

To update your estimated finish time, visit letsdothis.com/manage-booking, enter your booking reference, and select “Edit my registration details.”

What is the minimum age requirement?

Half marathon participants must be at least 14 years old on race day. This applies to wheelchair participants too.

What is the refund, transfer, or deferral policy?

All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers to another runner, or deferrals to a future year. Life happens, so we offer optional race insurance at checkout to protect your entry (see “What is Refund Protect?” below).

Bibs belong to the registered runner only and can’t be sold, swapped, or shared. It’s a safety thing: we need to know who’s on the course.

What is Refund Protect and how does it work?

Refund Protect is an optional add-on available during checkout. If you can’t attend the event for a covered reason, such as illness, injury, or a family emergency, it can reimburse the cost of your registration. Your confirmation email will include information on how to make a claim.

Do you have a Group and Teams program?

Yes! RunX Seattle will offer a Groups & Teams program with exclusive perks for groups of 10 or more runners. Run clubs, corporate teams, community organizations, friends, families, and other groups are all welcome. We’ll share more details soon, including exclusive perks and benefits for participating groups.

How do I create or join a team?

You can create or join a team during the registration process. Create a new team and choose your team’s name, or search for and join an existing team. Teams with 10 or more registered runners will be eligible for additional Groups & Teams perks and benefits. More details coming soon!

What do I receive with my registration?

Every registered runner gets:

  • A RunX Seattle finisher medal
  • A participant t-shirt
  • Entry to the post-race celebration
  • One free beer (21+ with ID)
  • World class course support
Is there race day registration?
